How to install high-efficiency filters in clean rooms in a standardized manner?
Release Date:2023-10-13
1. Before installing the high-efficiency filter, the clean room must be thoroughly cleaned and wiped clean. If there is dust accumulation inside the purified air conditioning system, it should be cleaned and wiped clean again to meet the cleaning requirements. If a high-efficiency filter is installed in the technical interlayer or ceiling, it should also be thoroughly cleaned and wiped inside the technical interlayer or ceiling.
2. After the clean room and purified air conditioning system meet the cleaning requirements, the purified air conditioning system must be put into trial operation. After continuous operation for more than 12 hours, clean and wipe the clean room again, and immediately install a high-efficiency filter.
3. The transportation and storage of high-efficiency filters should be placed in the direction marked by the manufacturer. During transportation, handle with care to prevent severe vibration and collision.
4. Before installing the high-efficiency filter, the packaging must be opened at the installation site for visual inspection, including whether the filter paper, sealant, and frame are damaged; Whether the side length, diagonal, and thickness dimensions meet the requirements; Whether the frame has burrs and rust spots (gold frame); Whether there is a product qualification certificate and whether the technical performance meets the design requirements. Then perform a leak detection. Those that pass the inspection and leak detection should be installed immediately.
During installation, reasonable allocation should be made based on the resistance of each filter. For unidirectional flow, the difference between the rated resistance and average resistance of each filter on the same air outlet or supply surface should be less than 5%. For high-efficiency filters with a cleanliness level equal to or higher than level 100 in clean rooms, leakage should be detected according to the methods specified in Appendix VI and I before installation, and the requirements specified in Article 5.4.1 should be met.
5. The frame for installing high-efficiency filters should be flat. The allowable deviation for the flatness of the installation frame of each high-efficiency filter shall not exceed 1mm.
6. When sealing between the high-efficiency filter and the frame using sealing gaskets, self-adhesive, negative pressure sealing, liquid tank sealing, and double ring sealing methods, the surface of the packing, filter frame surface, frame surface, and liquid tank must be wiped clean.
7. When using sealing gaskets, the thickness of the gasket should not exceed 8mm, and the compression rate should be 25% to 30%.
8. When using a liquid tank seal, the liquid level inside the tank must meet the design requirements, and there should be no leakage at the joints of the frame. When using double ring sealing strips, do not block the holes on the ring cavity when pasting the sealing strips; Both double ring sealing and negative pressure sealing must keep the negative pressure pipeline unobstructed.
9. When installing a high-efficiency filter, the arrow on the outer frame should be aligned with the direction of the airflow. When installed vertically, the crease seam of the filter paper should be perpendicular to the ground.
